I am a therapist providing a supportive, warm, and non-judgmental approach supporting men face-to-face and online. I am keenly interested in working with males who are unsure about counselling but feel it will help. I understand you may be apprehensive about starting therapy. I am here for you. I can support you with a variety of mental health challenges, specifically men with father complex, relationship issues, narcissistic or domestic abuse. Men are victims of all types of abuse, which is often played down due to the stigma attached to masculinity. I offer a supportive space for your voice to be heard.
Together, we will work through your current situation and what’s brought you to reach out. We will work through your past, reflecting on the significant events and how they have impacted you. When you feel ready, you can begin to build a future that you really want, one that motivates you and excites you. A future where you can be authentically you.
