The type of therapy I use is called Transactional Analysis. This approach starts from a place of equality: "I'm OK, and your are OK" . TA works by helping you to better understand yourself and by extension feeling more in control of your life.
I have over 10 years of experience working with mental health. I offer a safe and non-judgmental place in which you can be heard and seen. I am here to help you feel better in how you live your life.
