I am an experienced, accredited and qualified counsellor & counselling supervisor. In addition to my strong Person-Centred approach to therapy I use several other therapeutic models to support my work, including CBT and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients in multiple ways like depression and anxiety.

I understand that contacting a counsellor can feel daunting, but have been working in this field for many years and have been able to successfully help many people move forward with their life. I have an deep understanding of what it's like dealing with difficult emotions and this has given me a unique approach and understanding to help you move forward too.
