Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile — I’m truly glad you’re here. I am a qualified counsellor with many years of experience supporting individuals, couples, young people, and children across my private practices in Southeast and West London.
My work is grounded in extensive experience within mental health services, domestic abuse support, weight-management programmes, and education. This diverse background enables me to offer a flexible, compassionate, and highly responsive approach that meets each client’s unique emotional and psychological needs.
My specialist focus is supporting parents, children, and families who have been affected by domestic abuse — whether they are survivors or still navigating an abusive relationship or environment. I also have extensive experience providing therapeutic support to both victims and individuals wishing to change harmful patterns of behaviour.
Reaching out for help can feel incredibly difficult, especially when you’re at your most vulnerable. I truly understand the courage it takes, and I know how transformative counselling can be during life’s most challenging moments. If you feel ready to take the first step toward healing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.
