I work with both individuals and their partners. I offer clients a different approach to most mainstream professional service. My recovery programme involves a mix of different counselling styles namely Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Attachment focus as well as a little CBT.
By and large, I have successful helped many clients appreciate and come to terms with the situation they are dealing with and supporting those deciding that real change is needed in their lives. Although I operate from a non judgmental place where I can fully support my clients, I am no pushover and can also be challenging where I believe this is necessary.
