I'm Paul, an accredited psychotherapist based in Glasgow city centre. Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or have reached a point where things don't feel quite right, therapy can help you make sense of what's happening and find a way forward. If you reach out, you'll be met with warmth, acceptance and genuine curiosity about what's brought you here. I've worked with people facing a wide range of emotional challenges. More than anything, this work has consistently reinforced the importance of understanding the person, not just the problem. That's why I see therapy as something we build together, not something I apply to you.
My approach is grounded in humanistic therapy and informed by an integrative way of working, drawing on other therapeutic models when they best support your needs. Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation of lasting change. I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself.
I’m available to see clients in person at my independent practice in Blythswood Square, a comfortable, welcoming and private setting for therapy.
