I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, grief, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Many of my clients are used to being the one others rely on and have reached a point where coping alone no longer feels possible. I also have particular experience supporting men's mental health, LGBTQ+ clients, and people navigating the emotional impact of health and sexual health concerns.
I offer counselling online, by telephone, and in person from my private practice in Ashford, Kent, allowing you to choose the approach that feels most comfortable for you. My style is warm,
I support people struggling with anxiety, grief, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. I have particular experience in men’s mental health, bereavement, and LGBT issues. My approach is warm, honest, and non-judgemental, helping clients feel heard, understood, and better able to cope.
