I am experienced with a wide-range of presenting issues, such as bereavement, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger issues, work-related stressors, trauma and low self-esteem, over short, medium and long term. I have provided therapy in various mental health settings. I am especially interested in exploring 'the self'.
