About

Working as a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and your guide; I am experienced in approaching each client individually, this includes drawing on CBT, Gestalt, Solution Focused, Creativity and Imagery techniques with which I am able to create a flexible and individually blended therapy plan. Struggling with unhelpful behaviours or thinking patterns that are holding you back? Anxious, depressed, missing a loved one, feeling low or like you just can't think straight? I can help. I appreciate that we can all experience difficulties in our lives, and I believe that we can all benefit from counselling and therapy.
I work with a wide variety of issues, such as loss, work-related stress or the transition from one life stage to another, such as becoming a parent, a new job, to terms with autism ( whether, as a parent, a partner or yourself ), aswell as other issues. I am experienced in working with H.E. students with an Autistic Spectrum condition, SEN or disabilities.
All therapy begins with a conversation; a chance to be heard. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to any work that we do together.  I will not judge you and I will offer you the respect that you deserve, in a safe, calm, relaxed, accepting and confidential space, whilst we explore the reasons that you are seeking therapy at this time.
