Through a combination of insight and practical tools, I help clients improve communication, heal from emotional flashbacks, and move towards healthier, more stable ways of living and relating.
I specialise in couples work, trauma and addiction, helping clients understand patterns, improve relationships and work through emotional difficulties. With over 20 years in addiction recovery, I bring lived experience into my work. I also support healing from trauma responses and emotional flashbacks.
