I offer a secure, discrete and safe place to discuss your concerns and challenges. I don't discuss them with your employer and your sessions are confidential. I respect my clients and am not judgemental. I work hard to build trust. I work with adults from all backgrounds and specialise in the matters related to the military and emergence services.
We can start our work within days, either online or in person. I will treat you with respect and work alongside you examine your deepest thoughts and patterns of behaviour.
