Sessions are held in purpose built rooms within easy reach of Canterbury, with good accessibility.
As an Integrative therapist I use a range of techniques from different theoretical approaches, depending on which technique is most appropriate. I offer 1:1 therapy helping adults facing a wide range of issues, including neurodiversity, trauma, relationship issues, loss, depression, anxiety, ill health, stress, gender, self, identity and seeking meaning.
Good therapy involves mutual trust and often difficult, at times joyful exploration.
