I am an experienced counsellor who has extensive experience of helping people who suffer with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and low self-esteem, and couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties or family conflict.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I offer face-to-face appointments in a private and comfortable therapy room in Hove or Brighton.
