It can help to look up different therapy approaches to see what resonates. My core training is psychodynamic, which focuses on relational patterns, meaning, and identity.
If you’re unsure where to begin or what approach might suit you, that’s completely normal. Most people start therapy with questions rather than answers. I’m always happy to talk things through and help you get a sense of whether working together feels right. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
