I’m an EMDR Psychotherapist, Consultant and Clinical Supervisor, and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have over fifteen years of experience supporting individuals with their mental health and emotional wellbeing, particularly in relation to trauma, anxiety, and feeling stuck in patterns difficult to shift.
My specialism is trauma & dissociation. This includes complex PTSD, developmental trauma, and dissociative presentations. I have also worked with many diagnosed with personality disorders. This is the area where the majority of my clinical experience sits. I bring together three core approaches in my practice: EMDR, Gestalt Psychotherapy, and Ego State work.
