I offer a warm and supportive space to people who feel stuck in their relationships, or worn down by work. We work with anger, betrayal, breakdowns, depression, anxiety, relationships. Anything that drives stress and conflict. We focus on understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface. Breathing and mindfulness exercises may be introduced.
You don’t need to be in crisis for us to begin working together. Many of my clients simply reach a point where something has to change.
