I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am registered with the BACP (British Association For Counselling & Psychotherapy). My name is Patrick Breheny, I am a father of three young boys and Husband. I believe in good communication both in my personal life and professional life, I have a strong belief that Counselling is a way of life and I use the foundations of Counselling to enhance all my relationships. Born in Manchester I am familiar with the culture and the togetherness Manchester brings to peoples lives.
I have several years experience, working in, G.P surgery, detox unit, community drug and alcohol treatment, mental health unit, private practice. My experience is invaluable to me the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of issues such as Bereavement, generalised Anxiety disorder, Self- harm, suicidal ideation, drug & alcohol addiction, and depression.
I have a comfortable and relaxed room, I am five minute walk from Major Bus route and Train Station in and out of Manchester plus Eight minute walk from the Metro link to and from City Centre. I can offer off road parking, easy access in and out of the house suitable for all levels of mobility.
