I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP Accredited, NCPS Accredited). My approach combines Person-Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT and EMDR. Together we explore how past experiences shape the present, helping you understand patterns, process difficult experiences and move towards lasting change.
