My purpose is to guide and facilitate my clients toward an empowered, spiritually connected, and self-directed life. Individuals who are discouraged by, and feel powerless over their impulsivity and compulsions, battle against their own behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, and who have lost their connection to living in joy, are those I feel compassionately called to serve.
I specialize in Holistic Recovery(tm) and Empowered Maturity(tm)-conceptual models of counseling that I have developed over the course of my career. I assist you in discovering and expressing your personal human potentials, by understanding how the coping styles you developed in formative stages of life can be upgraded.
My practice is informed by my personal experience as well as my academic and professional training. My international upbringing and my multinational origins contribute to the breadth of my cultural and social sensibilities.
