Adult ADHD Assessments, Medication, Coaching and Therapy; I specialise in supporting adults who are beginning to wonder whether ADHD may help explain difficulties they have lived with for many years. Many have felt misunderstood or unfairly judged — described as a daydreamer, disorganised, over-sensitive, or too much — while quietly working very hard to manage in a neurotypical world. I offer thoughtful, personalised ADHD assessments using established GMC guidance, Royal College of Psychiatry and NICE standards. My aim is for you to feel seen, heard, and understood, with warm, expert support that continues beyond diagnosis.
If you’re unsure where to start, I offer a clear, supportive pathway from initial questions through to diagnosis and beyond. In my experience, understanding alone can be powerful— but we also offer next steps in-house, including ADHD medication, ADHD specific coaching, psychotherapy, and GP shared care, so you feel supported through the whole journey.
