I am an accredited EMDR practitioner. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, guilt, anger and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
At your first appointment you will be offered an assessment and a treatment plan with explanations about the plan. This allows you to make an informed decision about your therapy.
