I am a very compassionate person, supportive and warm who will help you to deal with the difficulties of life.
I am a registered Counselling Psychologist and an EMDR therapist. The nature of my practice is mainly humanistic although I implement other techniques as well. Throughout the therapeutic process I apply Gestalt Therapy methodology which enable us to focus on our immediate thoughts, feelings and behaviour and to better understand how we relate to others.
Since I am a psychologist as well I also utilise cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT) included third wave (ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy). Furthermore I have completed a Mindfulness Course based on Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) . Moreover I am an EMDR therapist, consequently I possess experience in working with trauma.
