I have been offering clients support with their mental health challenges for many years and offer an holistic approach which is grounded in a Person Centered structure. Sessions are held in my relaxed and comfortable office and an initial session is offered at a reduced rate in order that prospective clients may explore whether they feel that working with me might offer them a safe and confidential environment where they might feel comfortable enough to explore what may be challenging and uncomfortable issues.
My experience is based in working with individuals, couples and family groups of all ages. The use of an holistic approach means that I am best able to respond to the needs of each client and where appropriate move from one modality to another thereby maximizing each clients potential for developing a management solution that works best for them.
I am always happy to discuss any questions prospective clients may have either by telephone or email and can usually offer appointments on any day within a short space of time after discussing their availability.
