My Master's Degree in Philosophy, postgraduate diploma in Therapeutic Counselling as well as spiritual mentoring and simply years of experience of working with people have prepared me to walk alongside you in search for meaningful and balanced life. Navigating through challenges such as trauma, loss, illness or relationship crisis.
In the therapeutic process I respond to my clients' needs - meeting them with the awareness of their parts (IFS), sensitivity to their inner experiencing (Focusing), relational depth (Person Centred) and embodied presence (Mindfulness).
I work in a private garden office by Menai Straits, offering peaceful setting to explore sometimes-less-than-peaceful thoughts and feelings. My online office is just as peaceful but less picturesque :)
