I do understand that it can be difficult to start therapy and to manage the emotional impact this journey can have on us and our daily lives as we make progress.
As an experienced integrative counsellor I am able to draw upon a variety of approaches to help you as we work together. My approach is person-centered meaning that my focus is on whatever you feel able to bring, and to work in a way which suits you and your individual needs. My specialty is couple counselling, Grief and breavement, Anxiety, depression.
