Hello, I’m Paul Wolstenholme, a fully qualified integrative transpersonal psychotherapist. I offer soul-centred talking therapy, offering a safe and compassionate space for adult individuals to embrace their true self, spirit, purpose and potential, access inner wisdom, mindfully navigate life’s challenges, heal trauma, foster positive relationships, work towards goals and achieve healthy balance in mind, body, heart and soul.
I am trauma-informed and work in a holistic, spiritual and creative manner according to the client's needs. I work with clients at depth on an open-ended basis and I also offer short-term counselling.
I work holistically with multiple therapeutic approaches (person-centred, transpersonal, psychoanalytic, Gestalt, TA, existential...) according to the client's needs.
The transpersonal aspect brings the transcendent aspects of the spiritual realm.
I enjoy working creatively and in nature to facilitate clients accessing & integrating wisdom beyond the ego.
I offer depth psychotherapy and short-term counselling to adult individuals online, in person in Manchester City Centre, Chorlton and Saddleworth and also ecotherapy/walk and talk therapy in nature.
