I am an experienced person-centred trained & registered Counsellor & also a Clinical Supervisor. Training includes working with narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, internal family systems (IFS), race, sexuality & gender identities. I specialise in assisting clients in the decolonisation of their minds from the damaging effects of narcissistic abuse.
My goal for you is that within the safety of our therapeutic relationship there is honest exploration & understanding of who you have been up until now, & why you made those now outdated adaptations. Your self-acceptance will then enable you to change & develop a different way of being, whereby you become the authentic person you always felt you could be.
