I’m an experienced therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy [BACP]. I offer a supportive, safe and confidential space where clients are helped to explore and understand difficulties arising from past or present experiences. I am located in Faversham and work with all ages (including children and adolescents) carrying out short term and long term therapy. I offer a free initial telephone consultation and if you wish to proceed with therapy I can arrange a face to face appointment within a week. Day & evening appointments are available.
My areas of expertise are in helping clients with anxiety, self-esteem, confidence and overcoming abuse. Therapy is absolutely about talking through your problems, but that’s just the beginning. When you develop a relationship with a caring, attuned therapist you will find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and change the way you live your life.
I have a deep passion for helping people through the emotional impact of life’s challenges such as relationship struggles, anxiety, the death of a loved one and separation. Sometimes we need one person to believe in us, even when we can't believe in ourselves.My clients have said that my sense of humour and warmth has made counselling far easier for them.
