During the treatment process, I use evidence-based psychological methods to help you change your behaviour and process of thinking. I work with clients in both English and Polish. I work with adults, elders, preteen and teen.
In my practice, I use a range of methods and techniques to help clients with different types of problems and I make sure all my clients receive treatment suited to their individual needs. In my work, I use methods and techniques taken from a variety of therapies: CBT, counselling, integrative therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy.
