My first and foremost care is for you as my client. My counselling style is tailored to your personal circumstances and specific needs and to you as a whole. My priority to you is to promote your healing, facilitate your wholeness and ensure that your mental, physical and emotional levels are very soon back to their full potential. My personalized approach to therapy reflects elements of different schools. I will start by setting goals with you; consequently you will feel empowered to practice new behaviours, to move beyond your present limitations and you will very soon start to experience a greater satisfaction in your life.
Integrative counselling brings clarity and offers an opportunity to develop a deeper and authentic sense of self. My work as a humanistic counsellor is existential as well as theoretical. The warmth, knowledge and commitment I bring to my work is enriched by my experience as a mother, musician and by my many interests in Art, travelling and different culture
I am a warm, empathic and non-judgmental therapist. In our first session we will know each other and talk about what brought you to see me. You will be free to ask me questions and explain what you expect from the therapy. If you feel comfortable to work with me, we’ll make arrangements and we will regularly review the goals towards which we work.
