I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling Practise (BACP) and comply with their practise Ethics and Standard. I am an Integrative counsellor with Humanistic approach using Person Centred, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour and Systemic Family Therapy as my core models. Each individual I work with is unique and come with issues that get in the way of their life from time to time. I respect everyone is different and I work with clients according to their personality and presenting issues.•I know it can be really hard at times to reach out for help but please remember you are important.
I have experience of providing counselling to children, young people, adults and professionals for divers backgrounds and cultures. I have a vast experience of working with clients on a one to one bases as well as working with couples and families, facilitating their arguments and disagreements to improve relationship barriers.•
I am bilingual in South Asian languages and can speck Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu to rech out to clients from Asian background. I offer non-judgmental therapy, which is strictly client led and confidential. so please do not hesitate to pick up the phone to speck to me.
