| Italiano I have 18 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy (both online and in person). I have sound expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders and eating disorders. As an Italian-born expat, I especially enjoy working with Italians looking for a psychotherapist with whom they can speak in their native language and share a common cultural background.
I prefer, if possibile, short-term therapy over long-term work. I have also developed a keen interest in anxiety and chronic pain management. For those issues, I provide a customized integrative approach where psycho-educational interventions, mindfulness-based activities and psychotherapy are blended together to help clients lead a more fulfilling life.
I consider myself a respectful, open-minded and non-judgmental practitioner, But above all, I am a human being who has maintained, throughout the years, an intact curiosity and interest towards life and its various, unpredictable manifestations.
