Sometimes life hits hard and we find it hard to cope. Sometimes everything seems to be well, and still, we are unhappy. My practice comes from 15 years’ experience in the field of mental health, in the public and private sector, in the UK and in Italy. As a Clinical Psychologist, I integrate different approaches to understand your problems in the context of your unique experience: one-size-fits-all suits no one, so each intervention is tailored on the person in front of me.
