I offer Psychotherapy and ounselling which are often interchangeable and also Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for more deep-rooted trauma. By engaging in a therapeutic relationship with me, you are safe in the knowledge that what you say will be respectfully listened to and you will not be judged in any way. I work face-to-face and online, with individuals and couples. I am also a Registered Mental Nurse with over 30 years experience prior to qualifying as a therapist, so I have helped people with all degrees of mental health problems. My areas of interest are substance misuse, addictive behaviour and trauma.
