I have 16 years experience in working as a counselling practitioner. I offer counselling to adults and young people with anxiety, depression and/or emotional trauma, no matter what the cause.
Together we set objectives appropriate for you. The counselling session is your time and space to talk about whatever you find difficult. My role is to focus on what you are feeling about your life and what you want to get out of it. We identify the gap between how you feel now and how you want to feel and I support you to move towards that.
