As a dedicated Psychotherapeutic counsellor, my fundamental belief is creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions and feelings freely. I offer therapy to adults and young adults (12 yrs above). I work with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief, loss, bereavement, relationships & more.
