I have several years of experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. My specialties are working with romantic relationships, family issues, self-esteem problems and an overall lack of happiness in life. I have helped people work towards embracing a strong sense of self and building them up towards a more positive outlook on life.
My counselling approach is adapted to your needs drawing from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic training principles. I integrate a range of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic and Cognitive Analytical Therapies. The core of my work is based on empathy and a genuine desire to support you on your journey.
