My integrative counselling training equips me with a variety of methods to assist you. Because everyone's journey is unique, we'll customise our sessions to be as helpful as possible, no matter what stage of life you're in or the reasons you're seeking support.
I know from experience it can feel difficult even getting to the point of making contact with a counsellor, That is why I offer a free 20 minute session where we can talk through what you may want from counselling and I outline what I can offer you too.
