I am an Integrative therapist that uses various approaches in therapy.
To do this, I offer therapeutic counselling using an Integrative approach (person-centred and psycho-dynamic) which includes empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard (non-judgmental). The aim being to uncover your inner authentic self to enable you to reach your desired outcomes in all areas of your life.
In my work with clients, I aim to provide a safe space where we can work collaboratively to achieve individual goals and where thoughts and feelings can be explored.
