I will teach you how to overcome relationship barriers to connection, increase your competence as a couple and help you integrate a toolkit of evidenced-based interventions into your lives.
Couple counselling will leave you feeling empowered to make lasting change in your lives. I use a framework designed to build skills and understanding, deepen friendship and intimacy, manage conflict and create individual growth with togetherness. I work with an integrative approach which is influenced by the Gottman Method of couple’s therapy.
