Intensive Couples Counselling on Hayling Island, Hampshire.
I work with couples who want to understand their relationship more clearly and are willing to engage thoughtfully in the work of change.
Many couples arrive feeling stuck in repeated patterns of hurt, misunderstanding, or distance. Often there is a sense that both partners are trying their best, yet something keeps going wrong. My role is not to take sides or to offer quick fixes, but to help you slow things down, make sense of what is happening between you, and find more workable ways of relating.
I work using a framework called A Recipe For A Good Life, a structured programme of steps that I have developed.
Morning Sessions run from 9.30am to 12.20pm and include a 10 minute break, The fee is £256.
Afternoon sessions run from 1.30pm to 4.20pm and include a 10-minute break, The fee is £256.
To begin I ask you to book a day of sessions which costs £512.
Focused one day intensives for couples to improve communication, repair conflict and strengthen emotional and physical connection. Time efficient work so you feel closer, safer and more understood.
