My particular areas to work with are Self-Worth, Spiritual development and Faith, Trauma, Relationships, Abuse, Parenting, Anxiety, Depression and Stress.
I work with people from age 11+. With a Christian faith or none at all.
My approach is Humanistic, Relational and Integrative. Sometimes we may use creative or exploratory activities to deepen the work; other times, we’ll simply talk — perhaps over a warm brew.
As a Christian, I’m comfortable including spirituality in our conversations.
With specialist training in working with Young people and 'SANDS' neonatal loss.
