It’s scary admitting to yourself that you need help; and that you’re struggling with whatever is causing you to feel unhappy, dysregulated or distressed. Due to stigma, people feel that they can only access therapy when they are at breaking point; when in fact you can access therapy whenever you need to. My background is in working with abuse survivors, and those who have experienced trauma. As a result I work with narcissism, depression, low self esteem, shame, loneliness, hopelessness, grief & loss, anger, self harm and suicidal feelings as well as a broad range of other factors and experiences clients bring to their sessions.
I work with the understanding that 'knowledge is power' the more you understand what is happening to you the more compassionate you become. This enables you to stop the self sabotage, self criticism and stop abandoning yourself. You are worthy of your own love that you show to show to everybody else. It’s time to work on meeting your own needs now and heal.
What I offer you is a safe, authentic and real relationship that is nurtured and grown through self compassion, kindness, trust, honesty and acceptance.
