Life throws us curve balls that can have a big impact on us. This can be something from our past that influences our present. We cant always identify what troubles us. Other times we have a heaviness that impacts us and we need to discuss in a private, confidential space. without judgement and at your pace your comfortable with.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I have studied different theories or modalities. I offer a one to one space, which is non judgmental and empathic in nature. The session is set at your pace and your wellbeing is at the centre of my practice. My counselling offers a safe and secure place to explore feelings, emotions and troubles in your history.
I became a counsellor, when I was aware that we all need help at differing times, through the experiences and some people have impacted our lives. Sometimes we are at a loss to understand what is affecting us and this is when we need a therapeutic relationship with a counsellor. A person who is not directly involved in our life.
