Hi, I'm Sarah. I am a fully qualified Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I'm a registered member of the BACP, with several years experience working with clients. I have worked with a wide range of clients through the NHS and working in Private Practice, including business and sales executives, barrister's, doctors and professionals who are dealing with work related issues of stress, overwhelm, Imposter syndrome and wrestling with high expectations of themselves and feelings of not being good enough. I've also worked with young people struggling with their relationships, purpose, direction and feeling overlooked.
The integrative approach allows me to tailor the experience for each individual, helping you to get the most out of your experience. The model I use draws on the principles of Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Mindfulness and CBT. In our work together I hope to give a new understanding and practical tools which will serve you in the future.
I will always put my effort into building a safe space for my clients to explore their inner world, I offer a non-biased, confidential and empathic environment for this explorative work to take place. I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions and can be flexible where people may travel for work etc.
