I practice pluralistically based on a pluralistic framework which draws on techniques and interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches and characterised by metatherapeutic communication with clients. Informed by my clinical experience and evidence-based practice, I work collaboratively with clients to help identify their therapeutic goals and corresponding appropriate tasks, tailored to their sense of what would be most useful for them.
