Online Counselling for N8

I am a Counselling Psychologist in Doctoral training with previous experience in CBT and humanistic counselling. I currently work from a psychodynamic and integrative standpoint. I believe that transformation can occur through a trusting therapeutic alliance which encourages a collaborative space to work with an individual’s unique aims and concerns for a more enriched life. I have experience across many forms of mental health issues, and currently work in addiction and trauma, alongside working with individuals who are experiencing high levels of anxiety.
