Are you struggling with something difficult in your life and need some support? I offer a space where you can be yourself, supporting you to find new ways to explore what's important. I am passionate about what I do, by the changes in behaviour, insights and new perspectives experienced by my clients. I'm a registered trainee Psychotherapist accredited by the UKCP and registered with the Gender Intelligence Network for Therapists and Counsellors.
I'm a friendly and approachable person, I offer a creative approach to therapy. I support clients with diverse issues such as depression, relationship issues, overwhelm, addictions, difficult childhood experiences. I also work as a group and conflict facilitator working with communities and organisations exploring issues around race and social class.
Therapy can be many things - fun, challenging and connecting. I appreciate it's difficult to take the first step, therefore I offer initial free consultation, we can chat, you can ask me any questions you have and decide if we are a good fit - there is no obligation to book a session afterwards.
