I can support you to reconnect with the people and things that are important to you. I also work with children and adolescents who are struggling to cope with difficult emotions, including those who have experienced traumatic stress, to develop a toolbox of life skills that will help them to reach their full potential.

I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, working with both individuals and couples. My counselling work is integrative and I bring a humanistic approach to my client needs. I offer a safe confidential counselling service in the heart of Marsden, where clients can relax and feel supported in their therapeutic process. Many people begin counselling when they meet problems and issues in their lives that are difficult to navigate on their own. Some may wish to change something in their life, develop better self-awareness, improve their confidence and work on difficulties in their relationship.

I'm an extensively experienced, fully qualified BACP registered counsellor for adults and young people. I work with everyone individually, helping you to explore and make sense of your feelings, needs and relationships, and make positive changes in your life. The world can sometimes feel stressful and we can feel sad, confused, disconnected and stuck. I am an integrative therapist which means I can use different methods and techniques to help you explore your needs, uncertainties and fears.
