I get it, life can get overwhelming sometimes. You feel unwell and don't know where to start. You can't put your finger on anything because everything seems like a lot right now: Family, relationships, self-esteem, work... nothing feels good anymore. You feel lost and sometimes don't really know what to do. You might struggle to enjoy the things you used to, or to get out of bed in the morning, or to feel like yourself. Sometimes you might feel ridden by anxiety and feelings of hopelessness and sadness that you can’t seem to move past. Life can look grey at times, like it has lost some of its meaning.

NICE and WHO recognize EMDR for the treatment of PTSD, but it also helps with various MH conditions.
