Sometimes you just need to find space to clear your head and find your own solution, with someone listening, prompting, clarifying and challenging your assumptions on the way. I provide a safe place for you to do this, to explore the concerns and issues you have, without fear of being judged. I work short and long term depending on your needs. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of delivering therapy working with adults and young people. I specialise in supporting you to move into new ways of being, to emerge into a life of vision and purpose living fully and authentically in every area of your life.

Welcome to a safe space. I offer Counselling & Clinical Supervision addressing emotional & psychological distresses which can sometimes feel overwhelming and burdensome. No matter what it is, I am here to listen, accept and support you in confidence as you share your feelings & thoughts in a safe space. I am a registered accredited and experienced Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor with 25+ years working experience of supporting clients in various sectors to improve their mental & emotional well-being. I provide In-Person, Online & Telephone therapy to Adults, Christians, Couples, Families & Groups using an Integrative Approach.

My counselling practice is centred on the belief that difficulties can send us ‘off-track’ but we all have the capacity to find our way back, we might just need a little help. I work with what you bring, using the counselling approach that meets your individual needs, rather than fitting your needs into a predecided approach. For example you may need some immediate help with tools to manage your current symptoms, and then later want to look deeper into discovering the cause of those symptoms. Whatever you bring I will not judge. I will offer you the care, empathy and understanding that I would want in a counsellor.

Dr Tej is Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 25 years clinical experience across Infant, Child and Adult mental health services. In her clinical practice with adults, her expertise is in helping identify and work through intergenerational cycles of trauma – or trauma with a small ‘t’, such as complex developmental trauma/family trauma/narcissistic abuse, scapegoating, chronic shame, feeling stuck not knowing how to break relational patterns. Clients she has worked with report these difficulties in the context of bullying at work, couple /marital/relationship difficulties and attachment/parenting and birth trauma/difficulties.

We specialise in meeting client need especially clients experiencing mental health problems. We offer Mental Health Assessments at £1150 per assessment and this includes formulation and report writing; ADHD and/or ASC/ASD Assessments for a working diagnosis at £1300 each. Perhaps you or your child has been on the waiting list for long, then we here to help you. We provide community package to help young people with mental health problems within community settings and call us to discuss further if you need our help or advise. We also provide DBT & CBT and Problem Solving Therapy but we have to make an assessment first.

I am a Relationship Counselor and offer a combination of Counselling and Life Coaching. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that are beyond our control, and this can sometimes overwhelm us. Life can at times seem overwhelming and if that's true for you then meeting with a caring, supportive counsellor can really help.
