Welcome. I offer a compassionate, heart-centred approach to existential crises. Our search for meaning and purpose, who we really are and why we are here often comes under the guise of other problems or illness. We may experience depression, anxiety, grief about humanity, wars, our planet, shame, deep loneliness, identity concerns, suicidal feelings or quest for soul and and a spiritual path. During therapy, I can help you develop self-compassion and inner strength, so you can face difficulties while clarity and self-knowledge grow, leaving behind what is not supporting you and moving on to live your authentic self, your truth.
The roots of my work are in the experience of suffering, compassion and many years on a spiritual path. My approach is also influenced by Jungian, transpersonal and narrative therapy. This includes paying attention to senses, dreams, images and stories. It is a deep perspective including the whole of you - body, mind, society, Earth and soul.
When we are searching for help we may not know what is wrong, what we need or how to find it. The quest can be daunting. So the first conversation (up to 30 Minutes) is free. I support people from the UK and beyond, of diverse backgrounds, in particular women, people of colour, those who are highly sensitive and on spiritual paths.
